A new menu every week. Pick what you want and order by Thursday at 6:00pm.

We cook Friday

Fresh, never frozen. Portioned and labelled with every macro, calculated from our recipes.

Delivered Friday or Saturday

Across the GTA. Delivery is free over $125.00, or on a 12-meal weekly plan.

Forget to choose? We have you

We fill your plan: your preset box if you chose one, or a spread from your preferences, and we skip anything you have told us to avoid. If we cannot build a box we are confident about, we do not send one and we do not charge you.

Change your mind any week

On the flexible plan, change your meals, skip a week or cancel from your account before Thursday at 6:00pm. Full refund, no notice period.
