Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the weekly order window closes. Approved refunds will cover the full amount paid and will be returned to the original payment method.
Once the weekly order window has closed, all orders are final and non-refundable. At that point, ingredients and production have been committed and your order will be prepared as scheduled.
If you no longer wish to receive your order after the cutoff, you may ask us to cancel the delivery. However, cancelling or declining delivery after the order window closes does not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduled order.
If Free Will Eats is unable to fulfill an order, the affected items will be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection law.
